Nebbiolo is grown on the Elvio Cogno estate, juice fermented in 100% stainless steel for 20 days (skin contact 45 days) and aged in large oak barrels for two years, followed by one year in bottle. Ripe cherry and rhubarb are bright and sassy on the nose, going spicy on the palate. Flavors of wild strawberry, tilled soil and sweet herbs are prevalent throughout the long and lean length of this spicy red.

Round and fruity, boasting cherry, strawberry, eucalyptus and tobacco flavors, singed by an iron element. Well-balanced, with fine length. Best from 2019 through 2032.

Very serious palate of liquorice and cherry and bags of tannins. Finely tuned balance and just too youthful. Very long and a little austere, and with gripping tannins. Big, big struct
