Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough – 2014

Pale yellow color with green highlights. Intense, lifted nose with citrus, gooseberry and a touch of nettles. The palate is fine with refreshing acidity and a long, clean citrus finish. Lees aging in stainless-steel tanks for four months after completed fermentation added texture and length. This wine will complement all types of seafood and shellfish.
