“This mostly Pinot Noir based sparkling wine has spent over 7 years on the lees in bottle and reveals the rich toasted notes of an aged Champagne. It’s very creamy and complex with prominent toasted walnut and hazelnut complemented by orange and dried cherry accents. Its bold flavors show best when paired with food. It also shows best served in larger glasses or even possibly decanted. A blend of 84% Pinot Noir,”
