“Bright, pale yellow. Lovely iodiney mineral lift to the aromas of citrus peel, peach, kiwi, ginger and fresh herbs. Very rich and concentrated, with harmonious acidity giving the palate an impression of intensity without weight. Still rather tight and unyielding in the middle but the long, resounding flavors of citrus peel, peach and brown spices suggest that this one will unfold beautifully over the next six to eight years. Distinctly Burgundian in its layered texture and dusty saline minerality.”
