"Beautifully shaped Condrieu, this is full bodied yet restrained, as smooth and firm as a skinned almond. It's layered with apricot and orange flavors augmented by a touch of lavender; a slightly bitter note of white pepper curbs the finish. For shrimp in a light, creamy curry sauce."
